In February 2009, the company offers better performance, clustering, security enhancements and tools, with full support for the network functionality of products. Today, Red Hat launched Red Hat Enterprise MRG 1. 2, which includes key performance enhancements and support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. 4.

With the new version of Enterprise MRG offers customers the opportunity to extend to combine real-time messaging and network technologies with the recent release of Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization portfolio and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. 4 to add and create internal clouds. Red Hat Enterprise delivered to customers in September and November, respectively, are the first products to include Red Hat Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) virtualization technology.
