I recorded this using gtk-recordMyDesktop. This produced an .ogv file, which is not recognized by youtube. I coverted the .otv (theora) file to an .avi file with ffmpeg using the command-line arguments: ffmpeg -i bash_commands.ogv bash_commands.avi</p>
